So we go through an escape room as a team and afterwards you tell us what you saw?

It's much more than that actually! Using our "Submerged" learning experience as an example, we developed a methodology that showcases how different key profiles are required for successful teams. Participants take an individual pre-assessment as part of the program. We start by discussing how individuals view themselves and how that compares with other people's observations, and how the composition applies to the team. Then, teams progress through a multi-stage escape room with debriefing sessions happening between each phase, allowing for iterative learnings throughout the exercise. Fear not! Learning and development always comes first in how we designed the rooms. We do not use scary or horror elements in our escape rooms. We focus on creating a fun and engaging experience that is appropriate for corporate clients.
