Our Concept

Our half-day immersive leadership team development program, originally developed at Google, combines principles from experiential learning, game theory, and organizational psychology to create experiences that are both engaging and effective. You can experience parts of it during a demo event!

By immersing our clients in carefully designed challenges, we create psychologically safe environments to practice critical workplace skills, observe team dynamics, and develop new strategies for success.

The challenge of an escape room reveals authentic behaviors and communication patterns that might otherwise take months to surface in a traditional work environment. Our first escape room workshop, Submerged, uses our 9 Key Profiles of Effective Teams framework to help teams reflect on their contributions and learn how to fill gaps across the profiles.
