Service Description

Teamwork Unlocked provides leadership development programs and team development services through experiential learning programs, including escape room experiences, workshops, and related activities. Our services are designed to improve team communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

Registration and Account

To use certain features of our services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

Booking and Payment Terms

Program Booking

Program bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Payment

Payment is required according to the terms specified in your program agreement. We accept various payment methods as indicated during the booking process.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies vary by program type and are specified in your booking confirmation. Generally:

  • ✓Cancellations made more than 28 days in advance: Full refund
  • ⚠Cancellations made 7-28 days in advance: 50% refund
  • ✗Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance: No refund
  • ℹEmergency cancellations may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Participant Responsibilities

Program participants agree to:

  • •Participate in good faith and with respect for others
  • •Follow all safety instructions and guidelines
  • •Not disclose proprietary training materials or methods
  • •Respect the confidentiality of other participants
  • •Not engage in disruptive or inappropriate behavior

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and methodologies used in our programs are the intellectual property of Teamwork Unlocked or our licensors. This includes but is not limited to:

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Liability and Disclaimers

Limitation of Liability

Physical Activity

Our programs may involve physical activity. Participants engage at their own risk and should inform us of any health conditions that may affect their participation.

We strive to provide uninterrupted service but cannot guarantee that our services will always be available or error-free. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with reasonable notice.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Teamwork Unlocked and its affiliates from and against any claims, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or government actions.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Termination
